We have been in the tractor repair business since 1978 and self employed since 1982. In 1999 we founded Valley Tractor Repair.
Tractors are our only business. As with most businesses, diversification can mean the difference between success and failure. And in the course of diversifying our business, we have held fast to our belief that excellence in one thing is better than mediocrity in many.
In 2003 we were accepted as a dealer by Branson Tractor Company and thus began a related but new venture in the world of selling tractors and implements. In 2011 we applied and were accepted as a dealer for Bobcat compact tractors and utility vehicles.
We now have three employees manning our service department. We are proud to claim combined experence of over 70 years in ag tractor and heavy equipment repair.
During this time we have grown and expanded our parts department to include one employee dedicated only to parts. We now offer new oem, aftermarket, rebuilt and good used parts. We are members of a nation wide parts locator service.
Our service, and parts departments deal with tractors of all makes and models.
The sales department is directed to the smaller, 80 horse power and under, tractor and implement market. We've had opportunity to take on tractor lines that feature the high horse power units, but we feel we gain a distinct advantage over our competiton by offering our abilities to our customers in the small tractor market for two very important reasons; 1) our knowledge and experience enables us to offer help and advise that most of our competition can't match and 2) we are not distracted by a potential sale of a larger, higher dollar machine. We often hear how customers in the small tractor market feel pushed aside or ignored altogether by dealers whose focus is on the big sale. That won't happen here. YOU are our most important customer!
